Quality Assurance

BVSS may coordinate:

• Inspections (including third-party inspections where applicable)
• Documentation verification (e.g., MTCs, certifications)

However:

• Final acceptance of goods remains the responsibility of the client unless otherwise contractually agreed
• BVSS does not guarantee performance beyond agreed specifications and supplier capabilities

Pricing & Payment Terms

• All quotations are based on current understanding of requirements and are subject to change based on scope, specifications, and market conditions
• Payment terms will be defined in individual proposals, purchase agreements, or invoices
• Any additional scope or changes may result in revised pricing

Delivery & Logistics

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by:

• Manufacturing delays
• Shipping and customs processes
• External factors beyond BVSS control

BVSS is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers or force majeure events.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Texas law:

• BVSS Global shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:
  • Loss of profits
  • Business interruption
  • Project delays
• BVSS’s total liability, if any, shall not exceed the fees paid to BVSS for the specific service giving rise to the claim

Indemnification

• Inaccurate specifications provided by the client
• Improper application or installation of products

Intellectual Property
